Special cargo, oversized cargo, hazardous materials or high-value shipments may require additional information, documentation, approvals or charges.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
Freight forwarding may involve third-party carriers, shipping lines, airlines, transport operators, warehouses, customs agents, ports and other logistics partners.
Where such parties are involved, their applicable terms, operating procedures and conditions may also apply.
8. Delays and Operational Changes
Transit schedules and delivery timelines may be affected by factors including weather, congestion, customs procedures, carrier schedules, port or airport operations, documentation issues, regulatory requirements and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
